Universal Technology Solutions Pty Ltd (“Supplier”) hereby confirms goods will be supplied as requested on the terms agreed and subject to the following conditions:

1. Payment shall be made immediately unless other terms and conditions are agreed in writing.

2. All good are sold on a Non-Refund basis unless otherwise stated.

3. The Customer will assume full risk of loss and damage to the goods immediately upon the receipt of goods. However title to the goods shall only pass to the Customer upon payment in full of all monies owing in respect of the goods.

4. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure all warranty and registration forms are completed to activate all Manufacturers’ warranties and software licensing.

5. The Supplier’s liability in respect of the goods shall be limited, at the option of the Supplier, to any one of the following:
(i) The replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods;
(ii) The repair of the goods.
